Our specialized boxing program utilizes the fundamentals of a true boxer’s workout including proper heavy bag training, mitt work, no contact sparring, which strengthens and tones your arms, legs, back, core, stamina, and gives you the confidence you need. We are also part of the USA amateur boxing program
