All Students must have appropriate gear labeled with their name on them, this is mandatory. GFC t-shirts and shorts must only be worn during classes so that
outside germs do not come inside the gym, please wash clothes and have nails trimmed and cleaned. No jewelry is allowed during classes. Parents are only
allowed to watch their kids in the first week of the month. We ask that you do not coach your child or tell them what to do during classes, as it distracts them from
learning from their instructors. Only boxing and wrestling shoes are allowed on the mats, do not wear your boxing/wrestling shoes outside. We ask that the
bags used to carry one’s gear be a mesh bag so air can flow and the gear can dry.
